(AAL) is not responsible for the repairing nor the replacement of any APEX product that is damaged by misuse, negligence, accident, abuse, improper installation, misapplication or has been repaired or altered by unauthorized persons or agencies. *AAL reserves the right not repairing some old model of our products if replacement components or parts are no longer available. All warranty services will only be provided upon presentation of the original valid product's warranty card with proof of purchase (dealer's receipt or invoice) in the region as where the servicing product is brought in to us or its authorized service parties.
